They offer engineers the chance to progress their experience and careers in one of the fastest growing sectors.
UK / EU - £50k
Responsibilities:
- Creating electrical schematics, mark-up drawings, and documentation for the harness system
- Reviewing and analysing design specifications and requirements for the system and components
- Gathering and verifying electrical systems information from customers and suppliers
- Managing design requirements for high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) harnesses
- Developing HV and LV harnesses for the battery system and subsystems
- Assessing system and environmental information to determine electrical requirements for circuit design, such as wire size, fuse rating, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
- Generating 3D CAD design drafts for wiring harness components
- Utilising 3D CAD software to package, route, and integrate harnesses with input from project engineers
- Creating 2D drawings aligned with the planned design before final release
